  • Credit Card orders shipped to Billing Address's ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS, so please don't get pissed off at me, it's for everyone's protection.

  • Your Credit card statement will say "ALTNOVELTYCOM, L.L.C.".  Please call me before calling your credit card company if there are any questions.

  • All damaged Items returnable within 7 days of receipt, unused, for replacement or refund (less shipping) at my discretion.  No other warrantees are either implied or expressed.  Please contact me for instructions.  No returns will be honored unless authorized in advance, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

  • Undelivered items that were correctly addressed with the address supplied,  and returned, or lost do an incomplete address; and/or delivered to that address and/or not accepted upon delivery; are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

  • Most orders are received in 2 to 3  business days.  If there is a delay, you will be informed.  Personal checks require 5 to 7 days to clear.  Out of stock (most will not be orderable or charged for until in stock) and special order items please allow 10 working days for delivery after payment is received.  

  • I can not process International credit cards.  These orders will have to be mail in orders in $US can be shipped anywhere in the world VIA USPS.  Delivery time can take up to 2 months, and we are not responsible for lost in the mail items.

  • We accept credit card and snail mail orders.  Simply chose your preferred payment in the check out process.  All credit Card Orders processed manually.

  • Orders sent in standard USPS Priority Mail boxes, with delivery or signature Confirmation, or bubble wrap envelopes first class with delivery or signature Confirmation, depending on the distance, amount of the order, and weight.

  • If  your check is returned for NSF, or any other reason, you will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee.

  • If I have a delivery Confirmation proving the items were delivered, then I do not want to hear "I did not get it".

  • Discretion and security is a top priority !!! All personal information is kept completely confidential, and will not me shared with anyone.

  • Shipping Rates : $6.00 plus 8% of total.

  • Fraudulent credit card order will be prosecuted via the USPS postal inspectors office, and you may be sued in civil court, venue Coweta county GA.  You will be responsible for attorneys fees and court cost.
